WP3 consists of three tasks:

  1. Cost-efficient hydrogen driven maritime operations
  2. The use of hydrogen in CCU at industrial sites
  3. Maritime application of hydrogen and hydrogen-carriers

Geir Nævdal: WP3 Lead

Geir Nævdal is a chief scientist at NORCE Energy. Nævdal has been conducting applied research for more than 20 years. He has mostly been working on problems involving porous media flow, flow in wells, and more recently seismic inversion and medicine. His main focus has been on solving problems involving data assimilation, large-scale parameter estimation and optimization.
