Fionn Iversen is chief scientist in NORCE Energy, working for 20 years in the energy domain. He holds a PhD in materials technology and MScs in applied mathematics and technical physics. Iversen has managed multiple national and international research and development projects, with industrial automation as a key focus, also taking part in commercialisation of research results. Recently Iversen has working on project development and management of hydrogen-related projects, within such areas as production and maritime application. while also acting as the director of the Norwegian Centre for Geothermal Energy Research.
Contact infoVelaug Myrseth Oltedal have a PhD in physical chemistry, and have worked as a researcher within various fields. Oltedals competence spans from nanotechnology to petroleum (drilling and wells), and green energy. Current research interests are hydrogen, and green and renewable energy. Ongoing research activities include feasibility of hydrogen production from offshore wind, and electrolysis using salt water.
Contact infoEllen Ingeborg Hætta is a Senior Adviser at the Research Administration at NORCE. She also serves as the Centre Coordinator for FME HyValue, where she oversees daily administrative tasks and supports the Centre Director with the administrative management and leadership of HyValue. Ellen holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). Her experience spans various administrative and leadership roles within the research and academic community. She has a background in managing large, industry-oriented research centres funded by the Research Council of Norway (FME, SFI, Petrosenter) and EU projects (ERC, Fet-Open, MSCA ITN, RIA).
