The project aims to cover regulatory as well as contractual questions that arise in the process of developing a hydrogen market. Important questions in my project will relate to state aid, public procurement, contract drafting and regulations for transport of hydrogen at sea. I will mainly use a dogmatic legal metod, but also have an interest in legal theory.
